Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, outreach, and networking
- Client Communication: Understand client needs and suggest appropriate IT solutions
- Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, competitor strategies, and tech developments
- Proposal Creation & Presentations:
- Draft Scope of Work and Proposals
- Support in creating and delivering impactful client presentations
- Coordination with Technical Teams: Ensure seamless communication between clients and development teams
- Project Management: Track and manage projects using SDLC methodology
- Project Bidding:
- Search and bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork
- Align project requirements with company capabilities
- Sales Support: Assist with negotiations, closures, and maintaining long-term client relationships
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing or related discipline
- Technical Acumen: Basic knowledge of software development, mobile/web apps, and IT services
- Skills:
- Excellent communication (verbal & written)
