WebIndia integrated quotes and invoice module, feedback, merchandise request modules in CRM .We had integrated their telephony system with CRM.As and when a call comes message will be triggered to activeMQ server and CRM will talk to the server and pop up the contact details based on the incoming phone number to the person who attends the call. If the number doesn’t exist in the CRM user can enter the customer details in the CRM.
