Zen Art was conceived and created 15 years ago by its present Managing
Director, Ms. Dilshad Khader. The driving force behind this company
was dedicated to the manufacture of high quality, aesthetic eco-friendly
goods. Since its inception the company has received several write
ups in the leading design magazine of the country 'Inside Outside' for
its innovation and creation.
To day Zen Art has to offer the connoisseur and discerning buyer, Handmade Paper in 170 varieties.6ft X 17" paper screens infused with natural leaf imprints ,origami, and natural organic fibres. The base of all the papers is pulp made from waste rag.
The Portuguese settlers brought with them artisans who made beautiful
and vibrant tiles from cement in the 15th century. This lost art
is now revived and brought to the consumer in a wider choice of designs
since its inception.
Old temple art once the proud display of many homes, continues to adorn works of art in the form of a variety of picture frames. Terracotta, lamps, tiles, masks and murals. For Indian themes and subjects, often more creativity is required due to the decorative character, for its place in History. Our frames are specially created with brass, copper and semi precious stones to enrich the romantic Indian legend.
