The group's flagship company M/s. VijayaLakshmi Movies is established since 1969,
released the first movie in 1970. The company has produced 14 films successfully and 15th film production is in progress now.
The group owns Shanthi theatre at Puthur, Andhra Pradesh.
Hazel Formulations (P) Ltd This firm was registered in 1989 and is involved in manufacturing and marketing of Pharmaceutical Formulations - Capsules, Tablets and Liquid orals (Antibiotics, Anti inflammatory, Analgesics, Paediatric and gynecological range of products).
In 1994 the group diversified its activities to Hotel Industry and is running this Hotel Samraat successfully at T.Nagar for the past four years.
Other Activities
The group possess Mango orchard farms about 50 Acres at Nehru Nagar, Tiruttani and also possess more than 100 Acres of fertile agricultural lands at Puthur, Andhra Pradesh.
