Opening Date	October 24 At that time of the year, Tripoli has a moderate weather and a beautiful green outfit.
Closing date	October 27 Exhibitors can collect their samples after the fair of the next day.
Visiting hours October 24 : October 25, 26, 27	5 PM to 10PM. From 10 AM to 2 PM 5 PM to 9 PM These hours are set as follow since the majority of people works in the morning take a rest at noon and then starts working again in the afternoon.
Stand equipment demand, extra stand furniture	October 1 This option is for the companies that needs extra equipment there will be a list of all the extra materials
Stand equipment finishing	October 21 During that date exhibitors can start organizing their stand.
Fair catalogue applications	October 1 This will be the last date to receive applicants for the fair book. Any company submits its form after this date will lose the advantage of being listed.
Invitation card demand	October 15 Hanedi will not stop giving out invitation cards, but the earlier the better for everybody benefit.
Shipping Date by Sea & Moving in specific equipment over 3 tons	September 25 For companies need to ship machines or packages have to do this early so, just to make sure products will be there on time.
Shipping Date by air & Moving in standard equipment	October 23 For companies that want to take samples and catalogues with them it is better to ship by airplane since the company will be renting charter airplane.
