We have recently installed in our plant one Automatic Italian Press which can produce heavy duty industrial tiles of sizes upto 40 X 40. This Automatic Press has the following special features.

VIBRATORS

Because of the Vibrators the thickness of the top layer will be uniform.

COMPACTNESS

There is heavy pressure of upto 300 tons which results in the compactness of the tiles with no air bubbles or voids.

RUBBER MOULDS

We have specially made Rubber Moulds which ensures smooth surface of tiles.
