Dhillip Anandam
Dhillip, an engineer from PSG Tech, Coimbatore,India acquired his
masters in Computer Science from the United States. He has more than
eight years experience in internet/intranet and ecommerce technologies
which he pocketed while working for the big six consulting firms in
the United States. A tall man with a quiet personality, he is one
of the founder directors of Webindia.
Currently based in Chicago, he streamlines the company's core business
development and intranet focus.
Subramanian Chandrasekar
With a bachelor's degree in engineering from Anna University, India
and over thirteen years experience, he specialises in Networking/Internet
technologies. He is one of the founder directors of Webindia. Currently
based in the Silicon Valley, Subramanian takes care of company's
internet focus and new developments.
Kasthuri Ravilla
Kasthuri acquired his bachelor's degree in engineering from Madras
University and masters in engineering from Anna University, India.
He is also the founder director of Appasamy Associates, a leader
in ophthalmic instruments and equipments.
He is the resident director taking care of Indian operations of
Webindia in Chennai since March 2000.
Venkat Ravilla
Venkat acquired his bachelor's degree in engineering from Anna University,
India and masters in Computer Science from the United States. His
profile includes over eighteen years experience in the IT industry
with major focus on telecom. A soft spoken but dynamic person, he
is one of the founding directors of Webindia.
Currently based in Chicago, Venkat takes care of Webindia's US operations
and contributes his expertise for projects in WAP, WAP payment gateways
and mobile application development.
Velchamy Sankarlingam
Velchamy has more than thirteen years experience in networking/internet
technologies. Having worked for companies such as IBM, management
consulting firms and startup companies in Silicon Valley, he brings
in extensive experience in internet technologies and business strategies
for Webindia.
He acquired his bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication
Engineering from Anna University,India ; MS in Computer Science
and MS (Management) from the United States. A founder director of
the company, he is currently based in Silicon Valley, California,
USA.
Rajiv Khanna
Rajiv has over 18 years of IT experience and has been in a leadership
position for last 10 years. His expertise is in design architecture
of large applications. In last 8 years he is focused on developing
web based applications, Corporate Portals. He works on full life
cycle of Web projects and has an excellent record in developing
products and services for our clients. His strengths are in managing
life cycle of large projects, which includes analysis, design, architecture,
modeling, prototyping, strategizing QA processes, Version Management,
roll out of product, and maintenance cycle. He has managed multiple
teams in developing a variety of products. Rajiv has got his mechanical
engineering degree from IIT (BHU-IT)and did his MS from Purdue University.
