With so many companies around the globe now actively looking for software professionals from India, the people here are quite aware of the kind of remuneration they can expect and the latest rates being offered in different parts of the world. The average expectations are as follows :

  3 - 5 years      US$48000 - 55000 p.a.
  5 - 8 years      US$55000 - 65000 p.a.

Note : 1. Some skills like Unix Internals would command a higher remuneration, as these        skills are not easily available.
 2. Medical Insurance would be additional, to be borne by the Employer.
 3. All additional expenses towards visa and travel to be borne by the Employer.
 
 

From the candidates expectations, the savings would be quite obvious, when compared to the remuneration that would be expected to be paid to a local. Even including the other additional expenses, commissions etc., the savings are obviously substantial to make it worthwhile for most companies around the globe to ‘shop’ for software professionals from India.

To this end, each candidate goes through an extensive interview with us before we forward his/her resume to our clients. We primarily check for Communication Skills, Presentability, match with minimum requirements on Education and Experience and authenticity of the claims made in the resume. Basically, we check for all that cannot be checked in a telephonic interview. Checking the technical skills is left entirely to the client, as we believe that only the client knows what to look for while interviewing and technically approving a candidate.

Our one-time-fee per candidate is dependent on the skills required and volume of business established with the client.
