The Institution 

Kala Sadhanalaya - An  Institution dedicated to the training & performance of Bharatanatyam in the Melattur style- Founded by Revathi Ramachandran. The curriculum covers an intensive study of the rich cultural heritage  of India and the theory of Natya Shastra besides providing a firm foundation in "Nritta".Several students have so far successfully completed their Arangetram.The institution provides:
  • Training in  classical Bharatanatyam in the Melattur style and Sudha Nrittam - Temple dance from renovated by Guru Mangudi Durairaja Iyer
  • A course in  Nattuvangam - conducting a program
  • An in-depth study of the theory of Bharatanatyam
  • A Vedic Heritage Teaching Program comprising a study of the rich heritage of INDIA - the significance of the culture and religious forms of INDIA.
