PREFACE

The entity "Public Service Peace International" which was established on 1st January 1992 in India as an International Organization in its new dimension with an object of promote the admired peace, prosperity and progress of humanity and also to strengthen the united nations and allied organization. The nationalist of today are more worried to the trends of Social Disorder Destructive Nuclear Weapons, Global Economy of Trade and Development, World Defense Expenditure besides their interest towards World Human Rights World Social Legal Justice" which form the core for the international community to think and act. The feelings of international community and the decision power on general importance is still suppressed in the narrow strides of nationalism. The PSPI aims at the promotion of Peace, Prosperity and Progress.

Through the PSPI is well aware of the existence of different international organizations working round the clock for an ultimate achievement of peace, but it is also concerned about the present lack of analyzing power to defect the causes and thereby to adopt the workable long term and short term strategies towards the establishment of international peace. However the PSPI insists that the local variations of social values and principles to be protected and generalized values and principles for the promotion of peace have to be promoted. The contradiction over the local variations have to be solved through education of PSPI are dedicated to work with devotion and character to achieve "Internationalism through Nationalism". There are ten principles identified and presented as the preamble of PSPI.

	To promote Peace, Fraternity, Prosperity and Peaceful coexistance through out the World.
	To Identify and analyse the problematic international issues and educate the mass accordingly by conducting seminars on peace throughout the world by the reginal branches of PSPI.
	To Decentralize suggestions from national level to the international level on global issues.
	Establishment of continental and regional officers all over the world with periodical representation of office bearers through democratic means.
	To promote the fundamental human rights to the International citizens mobilizing the public opinion..
	Respect the Doctrine of live and let to leave.
	Respect the territorial Integrity.
	Respect the sovereign power of independent state irrespective of its attributes.
	To insist the surrender of arms and ammunitions to the centralized world state and emphasis the independent states to keep Police force.
	To insist upon implementation of "Worldwide throughout" on substance of life, peace and peaceful coexistance right from the beginning of primary education.
	The aims and objects of the PSPI underlined in the constitution have been brought out in the form of phamplet entitled "Preamble.
