Few of the major projects currently in progress are:

• Thirukkural translation & handbook on Tamil Heritage
• Translation of Western Science Video tapes and books in Tamil
• Revival of Classical music-Thirukkural Isai Malar
• Valluvar Learning Center in each Temple in Tamilnadu and a Library and Reading room
• Culturescape of Tamils-A Bibliography and Publication of rare Tamil Manuscripts

The International Tamil Language Foundation is also involved in a yearly program " An Evening with Tamils" (exhibits of Tamil Literature, art, culture and system) to bring in Americans to understand the tradition and culture of the Tamils to maintain the tradition among the budding generation of Tamils in the U.S.A.

Also, involved in the feedinb the homeless and less fortunate in the U.S.A. during Tamils traditional festival days (Pongal and New Year's day) to improve the image of Tamils living in the U.S.A. among Americans.

All these activities are funded and run by voluntary help, mostly by the tamils settled in different parts of the U.S.A. and around the world.
