Rajeswari Sainath the dynamic
and versatile dancer has carved a niche for herself in the field
of Indian Classical dances and has emerged a brilliant dancer with
an "imaginative
splendor that goes beyond mere technique". A superb stage
presence, refined artistic sensibilities and a passionate representation
of the tradition has made Rajeswari a true exponent of thePandanallur
tradition of Bharathanatyam.

She has received training
in Bharathanatyam under KALAIMAMANI Smt. Indira
Rajan of chennai. Further she had advanced training in Laya under
her Maternal Uncle and Renowned Mridangam Vidwan Sri.Karaikudi R.Mani.
She has performed in important centers of India and abroad. She
has choreographed more than 15 dance ballets.

Rajeswari is the Director
of SRUTHI
LAYA KENDRA NATARAJAALAYA as conceived by Sri.KARAIKUDI
R.MANI and the institution has got centres in Chennai,Mysore,
Australia, London and Germany. Rajeswari has conducted a number
of lecture demonstrations and slide shows in India and abroad.

She has conducted seminars
for 200 teachers from all over India under the auspices of HUMAN
RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT, GOVT. OF INDIA. She
had presented a paper on the stylisation of Dance and Literature
for the M.Phil., students of Telugu University, Hyderabad.

in the "TRISHAKTHI"
in London and Australia in 1999, under the auspicious of SRUTHI
LAYA KENDRA of the respective centers.
