The specialised bevel gear
section caters to the industrial requirement of high quality straight
and spiral Bevel Gears. These gears are used in Locomotives, Marine
applications, Automobiles, Printing
Presses, Cooling Towers, Power Plants, Steel Plants, Defence etc. We also
manufacture custom made bevel gears and gear boxes for Railway track inspection machines. |

A well equipped
in-house tool
room takes care of
tooling for this specialised industry. Infrastructure includes a modern building with
material handling facility and a battery of Gleason, Klingelnberg-Maag,
WMW, Kurvex, Dixi and G&E machines that produce high
precision products meeting stringent quality
standards.

By utilizing our in-house
design capabilities large diameter Spiral Bevel Gears have been
manufactured to suit specific customer requirements. Small batches and prototypes with early
deliveries are the specialty of this division.

Products include
crown
wheel and pinion
and differential gears for Tractors, Trucks, Fork lifts, three wheelers,
Light Commercial Vehicles etc.
A well equipped gear shop ensures the high quality of
Spiral, Hypoid Gears
and differential gears. Gears and accessories are heat treated using Sealed Quench
furnace, Gleason and Klingelnberg Quench Presses ensuring reliability of
the end product. An in-house metallurgical laboratory takes care of quality issues
involved in the
heat treatment process.

An ISO Certified company, having a team of
well trained technical staff who posses the capability to design and manufacture straight bevel
gears, spiral bevel gears, L-Angle Gear Boxes and special gear boxes in the
range of 0.3 module to 6 module. Both straight and spiral bevel gear
boxes are made to world class standards as per customer specifications.

we also manufacture ground spur and helical gears upto 6 module. Straight racks,
contour racks, helical racks and
pinions are also manufactured. We attain and commit ourselves to global quality standards by using
Gleason,
Klingelnberg,
Reishauer-Maag and David Brown machines.

This company manufactures specialised gears and gear boxes for Railway
applications such as lifting barrier applications and gear drives for the
electric point machine used by railways for signaling and other railway
safety needs. The export activities of the group is handled by this company. A

This
company was started with an idea to manufacture gear and gear related
machinery. The RS00 and RS00S Gear Hobbing machines are manufactured under
license from M/s Hermann Pfauter Gmbh. We are the sole license holders for
manufacture of these machines and spares worldwide.
We also refurbish gear hobbing machines such as the Lees Bradner Vertical
gear hobbing machine, Barber Colman horizontal hobbing machine and the RS00
gear hobbing machine. We do stock spares for the same.
We undertake turnkey projects to set up dedicated lines of manufacture.
Some of our successfully completed manufacturing lines are:
automotive spiral bevel gear lines, sprocket manufacturing lines, thread and
worm milling and grinding lines, two wheeler starter gear lines etc.
