Battery of Gleason machines

The Jamal group of companies is built over an area of approx. 3 acres and has approx. 40,000 sq.ft. of covered floor space. We have connected power of approx. 800 KVA.  Our diverse product offering ranges from small gears of 5mm dia. upto 900 mm in dia. We also have the capability to manufacture and design gear boxes and gear machinery.

We have a full fledged in-house heat treatment shop with the capacity to handle long shafts of approx. 2 meters length and 600 mm in dia.

With a production capacity of about 400 tones per year, the heat treatment division is equipped with a Westerwork Deggussa Sealed Quench furnace having a capacity of approx. 300 kg per charge.

Manufacturing facility

We have Muffle furnaces for hardening crown wheels. Gleason and Klingelnberg Quench presses are used to ensure gear quality. We also use shot blasting machines to descale and increase product strength. We have a separate gear grinding line equipped with Reishauer Cespel machines, complete with computerised Klingelnberg  and Maag testers. We have an in-house tool room to maintain quality and cater to tooling and cutter needs when ever necessary.
