Capital Market Operations - Private placements of debt and equity - we are involved in originating and placing the debt / equity of Indian companies ; bought-out deals, investment advisory services. Corporate Advisory Services - Independent Consultant to the India office of a US$ 22 billion Fortune 500, insurance and financial services conglomerate for over five years now ; due-diligence experience with foreign embassies in India ; preparation of sectoral reports ; facilitating joint-ventures with Indian partners ; representation of banks in India. Fixed Deposits - We are authorized by the Reserve Bank of India, to accept forex denominated deposits on a repatriable / non-repatriable basis from non-resident Indians. These deposits offer a return of 18.80% on a annualized basis.

Having consolidated its position in the core activity of credit and trade finance, the integra group has concrete plans to expand into related and highly beneficial diversifications.
