HMT's New Horizontal Machining Centre HMC 400E has been designed to predominantly meet medium/small scale industries requirements, providing high flexibility and productivity at low cost. The high precision spindle with maximum speed of 4000 rpm, directly driven by a 5.5 kw(Cont) AC Servo Motor gives this machine enough muscle to remove large quantity of materials. ATC with 8 tools, 12 M/Min rapid traverse, LM guides, 8 position index table, electronic spindle orientation are the main features. State-of-art Siemens Sinumerik 810 GA3 CNC system comes with powerful graphics and other user friendly features, providing high processing speed.

HMT's new CNC Double Disc Grinder with two axes CNC control system is ideal for grinding components having two flat and parallel surfaces with high geometrical accuracies and productivity. Grinding wheel spindles are mounted on super precision anti friction preloaded bearings. Wheel slides are mounted on recirulating linear bearings. Servo controlled in feed systems with preloaded ball screw and nut ensures precise and accurate repeatability of grinding wheel head slides. Auto grinding and dressing cycles can be performed through menu driven CNC prgrammes. Machine finds its wide application in automobile, bearings and general engineering industries and can be tooledup for variety of components.

HMT's DC 1100 is a Horizontal Cold Chamber Pressure Die Casting Machine built with advanced hydraulics and CNC control for high production and meets the demand for highest quality and reliability. The machine interfaced with Auto laddle, Auto die spray, Auto part Extractor and Pneumatic safety doors aiming at unmanned production.

Injection speed is controlled and monitored by a "Real time closed loop Shot Control System" which provides high consistent shot speed with low impact and highest reliability.
