Tool Monitoring System TM99To meet the limited manning of CNC machine tools for continuous working ,HMT now offers a TOOl Monitoring System TM99 capable of continuous monitoring upto 120 hours. The system is best suited for automated systems and can be adopted to fit every size of machine tools . The retrofittable compact 19"Rack Unit with power monitoring based intel 386 system and response by fast acting solid state relays, monitors drilling, milling , boring and tapping process .Interfaced through CNC/PLC , the system monitors upto 99 processes on the principle of comparison.

The system minimises machine tools, fixtures, and component scrap, reducing tool cost by optimising tool life and minimising damages
