The digitising software captures data from a model using CNC machine tool with the help of a probe and generates machining part-programs, to reproduce the model or its variations through data manipulation. Duplication of 2D profiles and 3D models is possible. The machining can then take place and is totally independent of any scanning parameters. Features like the high precision spindle with max. speed of 6000 rpm, powered by 7.2 kw(30 min. rating) AC servo motor with superior response characteristic, high rapid traverse rate of 20m/min. and higher accuracies make this a dual purpose CNC machine for digisting metal cutting and also useful as an efficient metal cutting CNC machine.
