This plan offers you innumerable opportunities to maximise your holiday pleasures. You decide the when, where, what and how of it. We take care of the infrastructure, facilities and the nitty gritty details that can and do make or mar a holiday you expect so much from.

Bank it - You are a busy person with a hundred other jobs and family responsibilities and commitments. It is quite likely that you will not be in a position to utilise your specific time slot every year. We have a very flexible programme that allows you to store your timeshare. You can claim it at another time well defined in our scheme. You can store a maximum of 28 days.

Borrow it - Just as you can save your timeshare, you can take a loan on it too. You can stay at The Village, for upto 28 days at a time, even though you had only 7 days to your credit at that time. We will.adjust it to your account in the coming years.

Swap it - We expect you to stay with us for a week every year and we plan for your comfort and enjoyment during your stay. However if you wish to try out any other resort affiliated to us, we arrange for an exchange.

Sell it - If for some reason you think you want different holiday options under different plans, or at different locations not available with us, you can sell the remainder of your 66 years, like any other asset. Appreciation of resort investment has been known to be as much as 100% in five years.

Rent it - If in any given year you cannot use your resort facilities, you can rent it to your friends and relatives directly through us. They are just as welcome to us and will receive all the caring services and professional attention you had been accustomed to. This option is especially suitable for corporate investment, making the resort available to different senior executives in different years.

Gift it - if for some reason you decide you no longer wish to come to The Village or any of its affiliates, but still appreciate the value of your investment, you can gift the remainder of your 66 year contract with us to anybody you wish. Transfer it -for similar reasons, you can transfer your time slot to anybody in your family or your children. Thereafter, the contract will be transferred to the name of your chosen person and you still can come as a guest or tenant of the new owner and enjoy your holiday with us.

Will it - your contract need not end with the unfortunate event of your death. You can bequeath it to anybody you want and your successor will be the owner of your time slot for the remainder of the 66 year period.
